From NAND gates to a running Tetris: build a complete computer — hardware, assembler, virtual machine, compiler, and a minimal operating system — one project at a time. Nisan and Schocken’s course is the fastest known cure for the feeling that computers are magic. All project materials and software are free on the course site.
